How-To: MK3 Aluminum HVAC Rings

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR MK3 ALUMINUM HVAC RINGS:

If you purchased one of our MK3 Aluminum HVAC Rings products, please follow these simple How-To instructions to install.

Step 1. Remove HVAC panel/bezel from vehicle.

Step 2. Turn aluminum ring over and using the shaft of a screwdriver make a small bevel lip around the back flat edge.

Step 3. Insert aluminum ring into hole opening in the HVAC panel/bezel. With the beveled edge it should now stay in-place. If the aluminum ring is still loose, repeat step 2 to make the beveled edge more pronounced

Step 4. Repeat steps 2-3 for each aluminum ring.

Step 5. Reinstall HVAC panel/bezel onto vehicle.
