Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Return Policy

Due to the nature of the items we sell, all of our sales are considered final. However, we do accept returns for refund or exchange for items damaged in transit.

Refunds & Exchanges

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (Order #) and you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item(s) to alert us of the damage. Please include pictures of the damage(s). Please note, the buyer is responsible for return shipping of the damaged product. Do not return any items without first contacting us, as this could waive your right to a refund/exchange. We don't guarantee receipt of your returned item, so we ask that you please ship using a carrier who offers a tracking number.

Upon receipt of the damaged item we will begin our inspection process. We will also notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange. If you are approved, then your exchange or refund will be processed. Exchanges will be shipped within 2-3 business days, if replacements are available. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 2-3 business days.
